Il n’y aura plus de nuit se basa en grabaciones de vídeo de las fuerzas armadas estadounidenses y francesas en Afganistán, Irak, Siria… La película desvía estas imágenes propagandísticas y muestra hasta dónde puede llegar el deseo de ver, cuando se utiliza sin límites.

Eléonore Weber es autora y directora teatral y cinematográfica. Su enfoque explora tanto el lenguaje del teatro como el del cine. Dirigió un cortometraje y un medio largometraje de ficción, Temps mort e Lles hommes sans gravitei. También ha dirigido un documental, Night Replay, coescrito con Patricia Allio. La película se basa en recreaciones de un juego de roles inventado por migrantes. Respecto al teatro, ha creado algunas obras de teatro y performances con Patricia Allio. Il n’y aura plus de nuit es su segundo largometraje.
