Encouraging film literacy and the dissemination of film culture has been one of Novos Cinemas’ main purposes since the very foundation of the festival. That is why, in collaboration with the Vice Rectorate of Campus de Pontevedra, we have put into place #AULA –a comprehensive training program designed for adult learners and intended to offer a global, heterogeneous vision of cinema. To make this possible, our festival offers a common space where the professionals of the film industry can share their knowledge and experience with the general public.

Our educational offer this year includes Thinking with Images, a graphic designer in cinema workshop, Un camiño posible (A Possible Way), a workshop facilitated by Galician filmmaker Eloy Enciso, and a masterclass by the prestigious Portuguese director Teresa Villaverde.
